My MacBook battery stopped working and it crashed so I brought my MacBook to PC Plus Computing and they ran the diagnostics and told me when they should have the answer about the price and how long it would take to repair and when it should be ready by. Dropped off my crashed laptop on Saturday afternoon after contacting Paul. Got a call back from him the same evening and told me what was wrong with it and the options and cost of repair. At 3pm the next day, I received a text message saying my computer has been fixed and is ready for pick up

Paul was Super helpful!! My intel SSD drive on my desktop suddenly stopped working and my computer went in a reboot in a loop!

When I had to replace it with a new drive, I took it to a computer shop near my house who said that my old SSD drive was corrupt and all the data was gone! I was in shock because all my work files and personal important files were on that drive!

I googled and came across PC Plus Computing and they were a life saver!! I dropped off my old drive and they were able to recover all my lost files on my old SSD DRIVE!!

Now I have backed up my file on 2 different Hard Drives and a flash drive!

My HP Laptop that was working good with the exception that the internet speed was so slow that I could not connect to a speed test server. I took my computer to Paul on Sunday afternoon and he had it ready to go by Monday morning. I was Wowed!
